This soft contemporary project in Wilmington Delaware was completed in 2009. The apartment is nearly free of partition walls. The bedrooms are separated from the public spaces by metal beaded curtains. The kitchen cabinetry by Premier Custom Built is a mixture of Mizuki in walnut and Classic paint grade. The main countertops are concrete and the upper island top is walnut. Appliances are by Sub-Zero, Miele and Bosch.
