This soft contemporary project in Wilmington Delaware was completed in 2009. The apartment is nearly free of partition walls. The bedrooms are separated from the public spaces by metal beaded curtains. The kitchen cabinetry by Premier Custom Built is a mixture of Mizuki in walnut and Classic paint grade. The main countertops are concrete and the upper island top is walnut. Appliances are by Sub-Zero, Miele and Bosch.

This eclectically styled project in Rehoboth Beach Delaware was completed in 2008. The kitchen is on the top floor of the home. The dark wood tones provide a striking contrast to the bright and airy exterior views. Premier Custom Built provided a unique Neo-Deco door style with zebra wood veneer center panels in mahogany frames. The main countertop is limestone and the island top is pewter. Appliances are by Sub-Zero, Asko and Wolf.

Completed in 2006 this contemporary home is nestled in the woods near the Hoopes Reservoir in Centerville Delaware. This project won the regional design for the Sub-Zero Wolf Design Competition. All of the cabinetry and millwork with the exception of the sculptural end caps are quarter sawn maple and were provided by Artcraft Kitchens Canada. The end caps are mahogany and were built by the designer. The custom stainless steel hood was made in Texas by Independent Hood. The countertops are brushed black absolute granite. The appliances are of course Sub-Zero and Wolf with Asko dishwashers. The faucets are by Dornbracht.

This former community fitness room has been converted into an open space home in Rockland, DE. Rustic white oak custom cabinets from Premier Custom-Built, steel and concrete counter tops and a steel black splash with Bosch appliances complement the open space in an industrial modern design motif. Exposed I-beams and columns, with steel pipe supports for pendant lights enhance the industrial modern design. Glossy red storage cabinets, pendant fixtures and seating adds vibrancy.
